Initial Consult
Meet with the client to discuss needs and identify challenge statement. This initial meeting takes about an hour and is facilitated by using coaching methods to identify what the client wants to achieve. Average amount of meetings with client is five, plus phone and email communication when necessary. The project length is individualized therefore the overall time of the project can vary from client to client.
Working Agreement
This is a fluid document that states conversation that is conducted between the client and myself. The contract is binding however as the performance consulting project begins to take place some content in the working agreement may be modified. The modification will be directly communicated with the person who is under contract.

Interviewing
Action research can be defined as an approach in which the action researcher and a client collaborate on the positive change process. In other words, one of the main characteristic traits of action research relates to collaboration between researcher and member of the organization in order to produce productive results.
Survey
In research of individuals, a survey is a list of questions aimed at extracting specific data from a particular group of people. Surveys are used to increase knowledge in fields such as specific research. Survey research is often used to assess systems, thoughts, opinions, and feelings.
Focus Groups
One of the main benefits of focus groups is that they offer an in-depth understanding of the participants. This enables researchers to uncover personal attitudes and beliefs that other methods can’t duplicate which, in turn, means more insightful results.
Brainstorming
Is a method design teams use to generate ideas. In controlled conditions and a free-thinking environments, teams develop an enormous array of ideas and draw links between them to find creative solutions.
Collect Data
Our goal is to determine how to best address challenges that the client identified. Performance consulting projects comprise of variety of methods that are utilized to collect data. Some of those methods may include face-to-face interviews, focus groups, surveys, observation and additional methods than can most accurately measure the data that is collected.
Analyze Data
Primary data collection can involve discussing common patterns, as well as, controversies within secondary data directly related to the research area. Your choice between quantitative or qualitative methods of data collection depends on the area of research and the nature of research purposes and objectives.
Present Outcomes
Organizational, Development & Leadership results of the data collected will be analyzed and presented to the client.Findings will be presented in a written report and in person on the date that is outlined in the contract. This is a standard practice to share outcomes however, it can differ from client to client.
